Cinnamon for the morning — into coffee, over toast, stirred through oatmeal while it’s still too hot.

Lavender for the slower hour. Iced tea, a cheese board, the cup you actually sit down with.

Light Amber raw, so you can taste what we started with. Same honey, nothing added, months before the others.

Questions

What does raw mean here?

Honey just as the bees made it, never flash-heated or pressure-filtered. After harvest we sort it by weight: Light Amber is delicate and floral, Dark Amber is rich and malty. Nothing else goes in.

How do packs work?

Every flavor is one listing. Choose 1 jar, 3 jars, or 6 jars right on this page — they are options on the same product, not separate ones.

It went solid. Is it spoiled?

No. Glucose in raw honey comes out of solution as crystals. That is natural, not spoilage. Leave the lid on, set the jar in warm (not boiling) water, wait until the edges loosen, stir from the bottom, and repeat with fresh warm water until it runs.

Where does it come from?

From North Texas. Timber Creek Bees is based in Greenville, and the floral character follows the season and the county.

Do you buy honey to blend?

No. We do not buy honey to blend and we do not use middlemen. Every jar comes from our own hives.
