Our Story

A family honey house, and a jar that takes its time.

It started with one hive.

Timber Creek Bees began when Hayden received his first hive at 13, through a scholarship from the Collin County Beekeeping Association. One backyard colony. Then it was the work.

We care for over 2,000 hives across North Texas now.

What we hold to

Three things, every jar.

Raw, and left that way

Never flash-heated or pressure-filtered. We sort it by weight after harvest, and that is the jar.

Slow on purpose

Cold infusions rest for months. No heat to hurry the flavor along.

Nothing else goes in

Whole botanicals and spice. No flavored oils. No syrup.
