What does raw mean here?
Raw here means unheated honey from our own hives. Timber Creek Bees harvests, bottles, and hand-packages this organic honey.
Where does it come from?
It comes from Greenville and North Texas. Timber Creek Bees keeps 2,000+ hives. Floral character follows the season and the yard.
Is this honey organic?
Yes. This is organic honey from our own Texas hives — how we keep the farm. We do not print a cert on the jar.
What is the difference between raw, infused, and creamed?
Raw is unheated honey from our Texas hives. Infused is whole-flavor infusions on that raw base. Creamed is smooth, spreadable honey. All three lines are in the shop.
What packs can I get?
Honey is sold in packs of 1, 3, or 6 jars. Choose Pack 1, Pack 3, or Pack 6 on the product page. Orders ship.
Do you buy honey to blend?
No. We do not buy honey to blend and we do not use middlemen. Honey on this shop comes from Timber Creek Bees hives.
Can I pick up in person?
Orders ship. Farm pickup in Greenville is by request — write us first. Do not drive to the yard until we confirm.
